The breakfast featured a good variety of options. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite far from the city center.

Fantastic base for exploring Modena. Recently refurbished twin room with extra comforts. Particularly good location, comfortable restaurant.

Special place with pleasant staff from the bar to the reception desk, appreciated it. The breakfast was well priced and had variety of meals. The hotel has marvellous and top location so close to the Town Center and a different restaurant.

Quirky design with a hearty breakfast

The hotel's aesthetic was striking, and the breakfast was a good spread with freshly made pastries.

While the location is a bit far from the city center, making a car necessary, the lack of complimentary drinking water in the room felt a bit disappointing.

The restaurant inside the hotel was quite expensive.Nice courses though.I Didnt like the salad(really it wasn't nice)and I complained for this.They didn't charge me for this plate and I appreciate it.

nicely appointed hip new hotel with good value, we had a perfectly pleasant stay. we booked an a twin room and it was newly decorated, large beds. location: the venue was very close to emilia-romagna, the restaurant before travelling north and south and the ferrari factory.

Business travelers should try it

I was impressed by the extraordinary breakfast setup every morning it was like a gourmet experience. The staff made sure my check-in was easy even when I arrived late they were ready and waiting to assist.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still alright for the value offered.

Location, Design, Facilities, Perfect Breakfast!

Family of three: Stayed en-route. Excellent rooms, very friendly staff, more than adequate breakfast (certainly for Italian standards), location 15 min. Outside city center. Regular city bus service (3x an hour, till 8.30 pm). To be recommended

Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable. I struggled just to open my messages. The restaurant service was inconsistent, and the breakfast options felt pre-packaged and not fresh-I'd suggest skipping it. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive out of town, so plan on taxi fares as you won't find much nearby. Lastly, the lack of free drinking water in the fridge is a pain-I expected at least that much in a decent hotel.

Perfect location, very clean and very friendly and helpfull staff

Nearly 5 star in quality. Good facilities, excellent staff at the reception desk. Rooms and bathrooms are top quality. Although near the street, room soundproofing is excellent.

The only fault was that the double bed was made up of two twins pushed together. While this makes good business sense, the hotel should invest in a binding strap to ensure the two sections do not come apart when one tosses and turns during sleep.

the breakfast was not included. disappointing. but the location is perfect for exploring local delicacies. the air conditioning was great. and the rooms are really stylish and modern.

A very nice, modern well looked after hotel with good breakfast and good services. Comfortable bed. Overall very good.

If you would like to be in the centre of Modena it is a 10-15 min drive

My husband and I (and our dog) stayed at the Una Hotel for an overnight stop on a road trip recently. What an absolute pleasure it was to spend that short time there! The hotel is modern, easy to find and has sufficient parking. The room was great - spacious enough, very clean and quiet. We enjoyed some drinks at the bar/lounge and made use of the sauna facility which was a real treat after a long drive. The thing that left the biggest impression on us however, was the level of service offered by the staff and their friendliness. Julie, I don't know whether you'll remember us, but your help with a certain 'multa' was immensely appreciated. Ti ringraziamo! Great job 'Una-team'.
